It provides 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Including one bedroom and one accessible bath on the first floor, for folks with special accessibility needs.

Designed for a 50 foot wide minimum lot, it provides 2,700 Square Feet of living area.


The volume is simple, in order to prioritize fire resiliency as well as provide you with a starting point with plenty of opportunities for customization.

We will be working with trusted teams of Landscape Architects, to ensure that you will enjoy Fire-Smart Landscaping you can enjoy year-round.
