The City of L.A. has created programs that make it easier to design,
permit and build Accessory Dwelling Units, also known as an ADU.
With the guidance of
these programs, and the opportunity to incorporate modular systems,
we have pre-designed a house that can provide a pleasant home for a
couple.
An ADU can be used
as :
- a guest house
- a home for grandparents
- a rental property
- a rehearsal studio for an oboist
- a pottery studio
